Club 500

It has been frequently said in the past that Club 250 was one of the Trust’s best kept secrets, we didn’t intend it to be so but somehow that’s where we ended up. The Club 250 took over from where the Cobblers Helpline left off. Set up in the dark days following the McRitchie debacle much needed funding to help keep the club afloat was raised.

Club 250 was formed with the idea that 250 members would take part for a £5 monthly stake, by Standing Order to win a prize. We have now relaunched as Club 500 and are actively trying to recruit new members.

    This season all our coaches are thoroughly cleaned before they get to us. Our drivers will be wearing masks and we have been requested by Country Lion to ask our passengers to wear masks to comply with their duty of care. Obviously these can be removed for eating and drinking

    All our coaches will have a WC/Washroom and a Tuck Shop selling snacks and soft drinks. The law prevents anyone boarding the coach with alcohol.

    The details for the match at the Bescot are as follows

    10.10 - Blackthorn

    10.15 - Weston Favell Centre

    10.20 - The Trumpet

    10.25 - The County Tavern

    10.30 - The White Elephant

    10.35 - The Cock Hotel

    10.40 - Kings Heath/Bants Lane

    10.45 - Sixfields Opposite KFC

    The lunchtime stop is in Sutton Coldfield, which was at one time or another, the home of Villa Chairman Doug Ellis and actors Trevor Eve and Arthur Lowe

    The cost is £10 for all

    The lunchtime stop is in Stone, a lovely Market town on the Trent & Mersey Canal and, also, the birthplace of Stan Collymore.

    The cost is £15 for Adults and £10 for accompanied U16's
