We welcome the progress made towards new ownership for Northampton Town Football Club, notwithstanding awaiting further detail of any proposed deal and what plans the new investors have for our club.
We hope a deal can be reached which will clear more than £20 million debt and place the club on a sustainable footing going forward.
And we look forward to an investment plan which increases the club's commercial revenues and supports the development of the club's men and women's team, its Academy and its community network.
