Trust update: July 2021

19th Jul 2021

Death of board member Mick Ford

We are sad to announce the death of Supporters Trust board member Mick Ford.
Mick worked hard for the board in the community sphere, having originally joined the Trust as a Northampton Borough Council member representative – he liked his role so much he decided to stay on when he was no longer a councillor!

We have made a donation to Mick’s Just Giving page:- https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/mickford RIP Mick.

Questions on East Stand and wider land development

The Trust is still awaiting written answers to the 25 questions it asked about plans for the East Stand and wider Sixfields land development. These questions were sent at the invitation of club chairman Kelvin Thomas, who together with club owner David Bower is taking forward the plans with West Northamptonshire Council. The Trust requires the answers in written form so they are clear, understood and on the record.

Fan-led review into English football
