Infrastructure Foundation
A summary report of a member and public survey into infrastructure improvements at Sixfields stadium, including the possible introduction of a fundraising scheme along the lines of an Infrastructure Foundation, has been approved by the Trust board and will be published within the next few months.
Asset of Community Value
The Asset of Community Value (ACV) for Sixfields stadium and ancillary land has expired and the board will make a decision shortly on re-application after seeking clarification from West Northamptonshire Council on certain aspects of the matter.
Cobblers Travel
In conjunction with Earls Barton Cobblers, the Trust’s Cobblers Travel Club is running a coach to Wrexham (October 5). The executive coach will pick up in Wellingborough, Earls Barton and Sixfields, and at any nominated stops en route. A pub stop is included and there are discounted fares for Trust members and also those who are signed up to our Club 500 fundraiser. A coach will also run to the following games, notwithstanding changes in the dates/times of fixtures.
