The Trust has made a submission to West Northamptonshire Council planners as a non-statutory consultee in respect of the club's warehouse development plan for land to the north and east of Sixfields stadium.
The submission was made on 21 October but a redacted version of our letter was only finalised by the council last week.
It should be noted that in the interim period the club has made a number of submissions to the council to mitigate concerns about matchday car parking should the plans be approved but there have been no announcements to supporters or the media.
