The Supporters Trust welcomes the decision of the Judicial Review into the sale of land at Sixfields.
The board will meet at the weekend to discuss and finalise its position.
We will then seek a meeting with club chairman Kelvin Thomas to discuss the club's plan for the land once the freehold has been acquired from West Northamptonshire Council.
We expect the plan to include, as a top priority, a firm legally-binding commitment by the owners to complete the East Stand which has remained unfinished for the best part of ten years.
And for the stand to be completed well within the previously stated five-year period allowed for the work to be done.
We will also be looking for a commitment from the owners to the club receiving clear investment benefit from the land sale, beyond the repayment of internal debt.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the club we all love and we look forward to everyone working together to progress the club off the field and the team on it.
