Please find below the link to Hansard which records the spoken contributions on the question I raised in the House of Lords.
I thought the response from the Minister was extremely disappointing and there appeared to be a lack of interest in seeking to hold to account those who are responsible for this scandal resulting in the loss of over 10 million pounds of Northampton council taxpayers money and has left the Northampton Town Football Club supporters with a half-completed stand.
