Loyalty Card Scheme Terms & Conditions

1) Only regular league matches will qualify

2) In a Full season travellers can claim either:
  a £5 discount off any league match trip after completing 10 trips. Up to 2 claims can be made in one full season but cannot be used in conjuction with the free trip offer.
    or
  One free trip selected from designated matches (to be determined at the start of each season) after completing 15 trips. Individuals who opt to continue for the designated match option but subsequently find they cannot make 15 trips can switch to the £5 discount option provided the 10 trips have been met.

3) The trip on which any claim is made can not be counted towards any subsequent discount

4) Cards are non transferable between individuals or seasons



Additional Note for the 2011-12 season

As the scheme has been introduced mid way through the 2011-12 season the above conditions will apply with the following amendments: The qualifying number of matches for the £5 discount has been reduced to 4 for the £5 offer, however only one claim can be made in the season. The qualifying number of matches for the free trip has been reduced to 8 but can only be claimed for either the Swindon or Hereford trips.
