NTFC Supporters Limited and Woody Pledge Monies To The Youth Team

Andy Woodman has agreed to give 10% of the profits from the benefit game between a Northampton Town Wembley 1997 XI and West Ham United on Tuesday May 15th to the Cobblers youth set up.
 
The club are hoping for an attendance of between 4,000 and 5,000 supporters to secure a sizeable contribution for the youth system.
 
NTFC Supporters Limited have also pledged £5000 towards the club's youth set up.
 
Alan Curbishley has promised to bring a full first team squad for the game at Sixfields for the Andy Woodman benefit match on Tuesday May 15th kick off is 7pm and with admission only £10 (£6 concessions and £3 for under 16's). The Northampton Town Wembley 1997 XI, made up mainly of players from the 1995-98 period at Northampton Town plus Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate, will play the West Ham United first team.
  
Andy Woodman's squad will consist of; Andy Woodman, Gareth Southgate, Neil Grayson, Dave Savage, Michael Warner, Christian Lee, John Frain, John Gayle, Garry Thompson, Kevin Wilson, Dean Peer, Ian Clarkson, Danny O'Shea, Ray Warburton, Sean Parrish, David Norton, Ian Sampson, Ian Hendon, Roy Hunter, Ali Gibb, Jason White, James Hunt and Ian Atkins.
 
Andy Woodman made 200 appearances for the Cobblers between 1995 and 1999 and was one of the most popular keepers.
